Terms
How sessions work.
Effective September 15, 2026
The short version: a deposit holds your date, you get hand-edited photos in a private gallery, and you can print and share them for personal use. The details are below.
Booking and deposits
A session is confirmed when the deposit is paid. The deposit comes off the total, and the balance is due on the day of the session unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- Reschedule any time up to 48 hours before the session at no charge; the deposit moves with you.
- Cancel more than 7 days out and the deposit is refunded. Inside 7 days it's kept, since the date can rarely be rebooked.
- If weather or illness gets in the way, we reschedule. No charge.
- If I have to cancel, you get a full refund of everything paid, or a new date, your choice.
What you receive
The number of edited images and any prints or extras are those listed in your package. Images are delivered through a private online gallery, typically within three weeks of the session. Unedited files aren't delivered.
Using your photos
You get a personal-use license for every delivered image: print them, share them, frame them, post them. Please don't apply filters or re-edit them, and don't sell them or use them commercially without asking first. I keep the copyright.
My use of the photos
I'd love to show your session in my portfolio and on social media, but only with your okay. You can say no, or change your mind later, by email at any time, and I'll take the images down.
Prints
Prints you order from me are made to order by a professional lab. If a print arrives damaged or defective, tell me within 14 days with a photo and it will be reprinted or refunded. Colors can differ slightly between screens and paper.
Liability
I take backups seriously, but if images are lost through equipment failure or events beyond my control, my liability is limited to a refund of what you paid for the session or a free reshoot.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of GA, US.
